Lama Shenpen is giving a final online teaching of the year on the theme of Love and Compassion, this Saturday 19th December at 9.30am GMT. After a short break there will also be the opportunity to have a discussion or to join in meditation. In the afternoon Lama Shenpen is offering a transmission of the Apramanas to members of the Awakened Heart Sangha.
