Lama Shenpen will be giving her first teaching of the new year on Saturday 13th February as part of the Teaching & Meditation weekend running from Friday 12th to Sunday 14th February.

Lama Shenpen will introduce this year’s Living the Awakened Heart teaching theme of Insight into Emptiness, with the focus of this teaching being Dependent Origination. The weekend will continue with teachings from Dashu, one of Lama Shenpen’s senior students.

There will also be chances to join together and connect through meditation sessions and optional group discussions with Awakened Heart Sangha members throughout the weekend, with a final Q&A session with Lama Shenpen on Sunday afternoon.

The weekend will start with an introductory talk in the evening on Friday 12th February (which auspiciously is also Losar – Tibetan New Year) before our evening puja and meditation practice session, and will end on Sunday 14th February at the end of our evening practice.
